Our Cancellation & Refund Policy

​In accordance with the cancellation policy of our hotel and the applicable regulation Article 8 of Law 1652/1986 on consumer-hotel relationships, the following terms apply in case of booking cancellations:

  1. Booking and Deposit Requirements:

    • For bookings made via phone or email, a deposit equal to 25% of the total booking amount is required, with a minimum of one night's stay.

    • The deposit must be transferred to the specified bank account within 3 working days of the booking date. Proof of the transfer must be sent via email. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.

  2. Cancellation Terms:

    • For cancellation requests made more than 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, no charges apply, and the deposit is fully refunded.

    • For cancellations made within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

  3. Early Departure:

    • In case of early departure, the guest is charged for the stay already completed plus 50% of the remaining booking balance.

  4. Confirmation:

    • Upon receipt of the agreed payment, Evgenia Residences will confirm the booking in writing (via email or message).

 

General Terms
​

  • Bank Fees: All bank transaction fees are the responsibility of the sender.

  • Tax Information: The room cost includes VAT (13%) and local municipal tax. Receipts or invoices are issued in the name of the depositor.

  • Check-Out Policy:

    • Guests must check out by 11:00 AM on the day following their last night’s stay.

    • Late check-out until 6:00 PM incurs an additional charge of 50% of the room rate. Check-out after 6:00 PM is charged at the full room rate.

  • Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for any damages or breakages caused to the property during their stay, including damages to glassware, crockery, sinks, furniture, carpets, linens, etc.

  • Damage Charges: Evgenia Residences reserves the right to charge guests for repair or replacement costs resulting from intentional, negligent, or reckless actions.

 

Additional Property Information
​

  • Pets: Not allowed.

  • Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside rooms and all indoor communal areas.

  • Amenities: Guests are advised to contact the property prior to arrival to ensure the availability of desired room amenities.
